The Information We Collect

We will only collect and process information with your consent. We collect your email address when you contact us so that we may reply to your email or render other services, such as sending you information on autism or inviting you to events, seminars or training sessions.

We will not use your email or other contact details for any other reason. You can opt in/out to receive further communications about Carbon Capture Scotland through email, as well as using the controls at the bottom of every email campaign we send.

Your contact information will be stored securely by us. It can only be accessed by authorised Carbon Capture Scotland employees, and employees at our marketing agency, The Marketing Department.

We store this information with a number of secure third parties. These include:

• Squarespace - our website content management platform

• Google Sheets - which stores our signup lists from the website, and information you supply using any forms on our site

• MailJet - our email communication platform.

Our website also collects and stores standard information about you to help improve your experience. This information will be collected and analysed for monitoring purposes. We may share this data publicly, but this information will be shared in an anonymised format.
